Open Question: What will happen if I break the work agreement in India?

Hello,I want to do job in IT company as I am IT graduate & I have good offers from the IT companies(Mumbai-India) bt all of dem require minimum 1 yr of bond.The thing is I want to do job but I also want to do PG(MBA-full time) in d next year,so I can do job only for 10 months.This is the problem I am facing.many companies have penalty of 1lac rupees .So will the company make me pay 1lac for bond or I can escape from there?Also I am not sure that I will get admission in MBA or nt?so I am not sure about breaking the bond,but please guys tell me the consequences "If I break the agreement" Many of my friends told me that I can break a bond & It will not harm me,the only thing is I will not get an experience letter & I should not mention experience on resume after PG. so guys please help me about dis work agreement issue....
