Open Question: What's 96 hour transit visa in Dubai while travelling from india to US on Emirates? Do I need to apply in adv?

I am in US and will be travelling to Mumbai next month, US visa will be applied in Mumbai once I land there. Do I have to visit Dubai consulate to get my visa? I guess I need to get my US visa first right? Any help /guidence on this is really appreciated.... Read More »
